How to access quarantined emails via Zix

 1.  Use this URL to access Zix:  https://console.zixcentral.com/login

2.  Once logged in, the Zix portal looks like this:

3.  Common Tools > select 'Quarantine'

4.  Use the search criteria fields to define search parameters

NOTE - Make sure to use the drop down arrow to select the correct email in the 'for' field

5.  Quarantine emails are displayed an action is required to redeliver them to inbox

6.  Select the message by check-boxing it > Select 'Act on 1 Selected Message'

7.  Select 'Deliver Messages to Inbox'

8.  A new box will pop up > select 'Redeliver'

9.  A green notification banner will appear stating 'Job Scheduled'

10.  Quarantined message will process internally and release to your inbox in less than a minute.
