How To: Register for OWH Zix

If an encrypted email is received, select ‘open message’. You will be directed to our OWH Zix portal. You may also access the portal via the link: https://osmamo.zixportal.com/

Once you reach the portal, select ‘register’ then enter your outside organization email credentials to create an account that will be used to view encrypted emails going forward.

Once account is created, you should be able to view encrypted emails successfully. You can also reset your password if you’ve previously made an account.
