2 Factor Authentication in PINK
Pink uses 2 factor authentication or 2FA. This is a security measure that requires two levels of authentication to access the data in Pink. Users will need to enter this code when they log in for the first time, each time they log into a new Onsite PC, each time their browser history is cleared and every 6 months (if user selects “trust this device” when entering the code). We recommend using FortiToken or Microsoft Authenticator for 2 factor authentications in Pink.
FortiToken
Microsoft Authenticator

- Use the app store on your phone to download an Authenticator app
- Select the + in the top right corner of the app
- Scan the QR code that appeared in Pink when you logged into Pink.
- The 6-digit numeric code will generate in the app. Enter this code into Pink. (Please note, this code will update every 60 seconds)
Occasionally users will receive an error message that says “Invalid 2fa code”. When this happens please make sure you have entered the code correctly. If the code has been entered correctly and you are still receiving this message please reach out to Tech Support at TechSupport@onsitewomenshealth.com for assistance.
**Please note that Fortitoken gives the option to “hide” the 2FA code within the app. If you aren’t seeing the numbers please select the “eye” icon and the numbers should appear.
