How to Enroll Your iOS Device in Intune Company Portal
Before You Start
DO NOT BEGIN ENROLLMENT WITHOUT THE INFORMATION BELOW:
- Know your personal Apple ID password.
- Know the code to unlock your phone.
- You will need a passcode for your iPhone. If you do not have one, create a six-character (at minimum) passcode before starting the enrollment process.
- Know your OWH email credentials.
- After enrollment, you may need to update your phone passcode.
- Your phone will need to be on iOS 15.0 or above.
Note: To provide the best experience when enrolling in Company Portal, it is recommended that all work apps be downloaded through the Company Portal.
Please take note of any unique settings you have for these apps before uninstalling and reinstalling them from within the Company Portal.
Installing Company Portal – Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to the App Store and install the Intune Company Portal app.

Open the Company Portal app and tap Sign in.

Enter your OWH email and tap Next.
Note: If your account is found, select your OWH email and tap Continue.

During the previous step, the application redirected you to the OWH login page. The username field has already been filled in for you. Please enter your OWH password and select Sign In. (You may be prompted to complete two-factor authentication (2FA).)
Tap OK to enable notifications for Company Portal. You will then need to select Allow.
On the Set up Onsite Women’s Health access screen, tap Begin.

Select the option that best describes your device ownership, choose how to secure the device, and tap Continue.

Review the items your IT admin team can and cannot see on your device. Tap Continue to proceed.


Items OWH Cannot See
- Browsing history
- Personal emails, documents, calendars, or apps
- Access or reset your passwords
- View, edit, or delete your photos
- See the location of your device
- Remove your personal data, photos, or apps
Items OWH Can See
- Model and operating system of your iOS device
- Apps that have been installed from the Company Portal
- Name of the iOS device
- View information collected by corporate apps and networks
On the next screen when you click Continue, you will receive a pop-up to download a configuration profile. Tap Allow.

Tap Close on the Profile Download pop-up.
Tap Continue to progress on the Company Portal app.
When you reach to the “How to install management profile” screen, close the Company Portal app, open your device’s “Settings” app, and tap “Profile Downloaded”.

Tap the Install button, confirm, and tap Trust. (You may be prompted for the phone passcode. Type in your phone passcode to install the profile.)

When the profile installation is complete, go back to Company Portal and tap “Yes, I installed the profile” to complete the setup.

Checking if Your Device is Setup Correctly
You may test if your device is set up correctly by opening the Company Portal app. If you can see apps to get into the Company Portal you have enrolled correctly. If the Company Portal is asking you to sign in, you still need to enroll before downloading apps.
