- Go to the Company Portal download page. (If prompted, allow the download by clicking Allow.)

Wait for the Company Portal installer (.pkg) file to download. Once complete, navigate to the Downloads directory and double-click the downloaded file. (You can also click the "Download" icon in your browser to open the installer.)

On the Introduction page, click Continue.

- On the License page, read the Microsoft Application License Terms, then click Agree to continue.
- On the Installation Type page, click Install.
- Enter your MacBook’s password or use your registered fingerprint, then click Install Software.
- Wait for the installation to complete and then click Close to close the installer once the installation is complete.

Once the installation is complete, the Microsoft AutoUpdate app may launch. Click Update to update Microsoft apps. (Close all open Microsoft applications (e.g., MS Teams, Word, Excel, etc.))
Note: This process may take some time to complete.

- Open Launchpad and select Company Portal.
- You can access Launchpad using a four-finger pinch gesture or by clicking the Launchpad icon in the Dock.
- If Launchpad is unavailable, open Finder, go to Applications, and select Company Portal.

- Click Sign in and enter your Onsite Women’s Healthemail credentials.
- You will be prompted to complete two-factor authentication.

If you receive an error stating "User name not recognized," please contact the OWH tech support.

After signing in, the Setup page will appear. Click Begin to start the enrollment process.

Reset lost or stolen device to factory settings.

On the Install Management Profile page, click Download Profile.

- Select the profile to open it.
- Click Install.
- When prompted, confirm the installation by clicking Install again.
- Enter your device password, then click Enroll to complete the process.
- Return to the Company Portal app and check for a green checkmarks next to Review privacy information, Install Management Profile, and Checking device settings. (The Company Portal app will verify the device settings after the profile is installed.
- Once the installation is complete, you will see a confirmation window. Click Done to close the window.

Completion & Next Steps
The Company Portal installation and enrollment process is now complete. Your device is now managed by Onsite Women’s Health, ensuring secure access to company resources.
